Can I see a proof before you start stitching?

Absolutely. For most custom designs, we’ll send you a digital mock-up for approval before we begin production.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom embroidery. Whether it’s a hoodie with your logo, a monogrammed beach towel, or a one-of-a-kind gift, we’re here to bring your ideas to life.

Do you offer bulk or group discounts?

We sure do! Whether it’s for a bridal party, sports team, school, or business, we offer discounted pricing for larger orders. Get in touch with us for a custom quote.

What’s the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days, depending on the order size and customization. Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees apply).

Can I bring my own item for embroidery?

Yes, we offer BYO (Bring Your Own) options for certain items. Contact us first so we can confirm the fabric and fit are suitable for embroidery.

We’re proud to be a family-owned business based in Long Island, New York. All of our embroidery is done right here with love, care, and precision.

How do I place a custom order?

You can browse our online collection and select your item, style, and size. Then, you can complete our initial order form and we will reach back out within 48 hours to go over your design details and get you a quote.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all of our pieces are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Please double-check all spellings and details when ordering!
